This is an image viewer with zoom and pan using the Google maps API. Images and labels are custom
overlays on a polygon. The custom overlay inherits from the GOverlay class. GGroundOverlay and
GTileLayerOverlay are not used. The javascript code for the overlays is a combination of code from
ProjectedOverlay (John Coryat),
EInsert (Mike Williams) and
ELabel (Mike Williams).
